Yoga
Yoga is an fantastic tool to realign and rebalance your body. I’ve been a yoga practitioner for over 10 years and have found that continued practice leads to a great sense of peace and well-being. In 2015 I trained with the YTTC as a level 1 hatha yoga teacher and also completed the pregnancy yoga diploma course. I have recently been planning my first yoga classes,upcoming news of which will be posted here soon.
